Welding

Welding is an intermediate phase of the production process which must be carried out according to elevated quality standards in order to guarantee maximum precision and to avoid breakages caused by bad workmanship. For this reason, jigs and positioners are necessary, so that we are capable of designing and manufacturing according to the needs of the client. For this we have the following:

 

  • CONTINUOUS WIRE WELDERS from 1 to 1.5 mm with various positioners.
  • ANTHROPORPHIC WELDING ROBOT: six controlled gear axes device for vertical welding; gear axis tilting torque 200 Kgm; rotational torque of each positioner 30 Kgm
